OUR TEAM
Moreen Morgan
I began my career in 1979 in accounting with Farm Bureau Insurance before transitioning into property management in 2003. Over the past two decades, I’ve managed properties, built and operated a management company from the ground up, and worked extensively with Diamond Real Estate Management. In 2021, while continuing to run my own company, Wildcat Creek Management Co., I returned to Diamond part-time to support the team. I officially retired my company in May 2025 and continue serving with Diamond Real Estate Management today.
Over the years, I’ve seen this industry change dramatically. What once required stacks of paperwork and endless follow-ups can now be handled quickly and efficiently with the right systems in place.
While the methods have evolved, the mission hasn’t: provide dependable service, protect property value, and create positive experiences for owners and tenants alike.
Kendal McGuire
Kendal McGuire serves as the Facilities Operations Manager at Diamond Real Estate Management, where he oversees maintenance operations and property performance across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets. Having been with the company since 2018, he brings experience, consistency, and a deep understanding of the properties he manages.
Kendal takes a proactive approach to facilities management, focusing on resolving issues thoroughly to prevent repeat service calls and protect long-term asset value. He works closely with vendors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
In addition to his role at Diamond, Kendal is a licensed real estate agent and co-owner of a property management company, reflecting his strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate.
