Rent is $545 for non-remodeled apartments, $625 for those that have been remodeled. We now offer a few remodeled units that include a Dishwasher and Microwave for $675 a month. We bill for water and trash, $30 for water, $10 for trash. Tenants pay for gas-electric-internet. WTC is your exclusive internet provider; billed to you by Diamond Real Estate,$49 per month. WTC provides you with 1 Gig Internet, 100 % fiber.

Pets are okay! Pet deposit is $250 and pet rent is $50 per month.
